The presence of under eye puffiness can make you look older than you are or make you look tired all of the time. Under eye puffiness can be caused by an allergic reaction to something in the air, fatigue, stress, a vitamin deficiency, to much sun or tanning, smoking, old age, and/or poor diet. If it helps you get in the mood, put on a fuzzy bathrobe while you do it.
3. Eat Right. No matter what the topic of the article is, articles having to do with being healthy or looking good always tell you to eat a balanced diet. Eating a diet high in raw fruits and vegetables is one of the best things you can do for your body, including your eyes.
